It is with a great deal of satisfaction and pride that I pen this forward to our first ever V8 Supercar Championship Yearbook.
Everyone at AVESCO, all our teams and drivers have enormously raised the bar to new heights in the Championship during the past eight years. Therefore it is fitting that we finally have our own Yearbook.
Season 2004 has been a remarkable year in our continued growth.
The finalisation of our China expansion, the return of Tasmania to the championship, record crowds for the eighth consecutive year, exciting unpredictable racing and of course back-to-back Championships for Ford and SBR star Marcos Ambrose.
All this and all the action from this year summed up in the Yearbook.
