SLEEK. SEXY. AGGRESSIVE. Since its debut, the Viper has redefined the look and feel of American performance. Now the Gen V car is here, and with it, a story like no other. From its unmistakable hood and grille to its iconic dual racing stripes and rear spoiler, the Viper is a machine designed with a single purpose in mind to ignite the inner racer in all who lay eyes on it and to offer a driving experience like no other.
Readers will learn the history of the Viper from those who made it happen. From test-car drivers and SRT engineers to Ralph Gilles, president of SAT Brand and Motorsports, readers will discover the quirks, challenges, and inspiration of every model of Viper since 1992, culminating in the 2012 debut of the Gen V supercar. From conceptual digital models to racetrack record-setters, go inside Viper like never before: ride along as the hot-weather team conducts its tests on the Vegas strip, learn about the new Stryker logo from the young designer who created
it, and even take a fully illustrated tour of the Viper production plant. Bumper to bumper, vision to Viper, it's all here.
Maurice Liang's SRT Viper: America's Supercar Returns is the complete story of this legendary American supercar. Featuring over 200 new photographs, interviews, and insider stories, this is the ultimate resource for Viper fans.
