Best Modifications for:

  • Dodge Charger
  • Dodge Super Bee
  • Plymouth Road Runner
  • Plymouth GTX
  • and many more models

The Superbird, Charger, Road Runner, GTX, Super Bee, and Coronet are some of She greatest muscle cars ever. Since these and other B-Body models first hit the road, automotive technology has vastly improved. Now owners can enjoy the visceral V-8 muscle car experience and fit these cars with modern equipment for superior road holding, a smooth ride, efficient transmission, and many other performance upgrades. Hence, owners are reworking and upgrading their B-Body muscle cars for ultimate performance.

Performance. Handling. Comfort. You can have it all. With this book, you're shown how to get it. It explains how to take B-Body performance to the next level, focusing on the products and techniques to transform chassis, suspension, brakes, engine, transmission, and electrical system from antiquated to cutting edge. A muscle car won't perform at its best if the chassis is not stiff enough to support the suspension under extreme use. Therefore, author Andy Finkbeiner explains how to fabricate as well as install subframe connectors and upgrade K-members. B-Body suspension systems are dated, so selecting high-rate torsion springs, high-performance rear springs, and A-arm front suspensions as well as gas-charged shocks and sway bar kits is detailed. These cars are rather heavy, so a number of weight-saving methods are revealed that substantially improve handling and performance. When going fast, you must be able to stop, so disc brake upgrades are covered.

If you've always wanted to make your Mopar B-Body perform at its best, you've found the right book.
