Also included are articles on touring, camping, off-roading, six-wheel specials and restoration, plus buyers guides covering the Series I and Series II and IIa.

We have had in print for some time two of the traditional, smaller, Brooklands Books about these early Land Rovers. They were called Land Rover Series I 1948-1958 and Land Rover Series II and IIA 1958-1971. When these books went out of print, we decided to combine them into this Gold Portfolio which includes 40 new pages of extra material. We have also been able to reproduce about half of this new section in its original colour. So here is our new book, covering all the classic leaf-sprung Land Rovers up to the start of the Series III era.
