The Sting Ray was introduced in 1963 as a coupe and convertible with the 327 engine in four different states of tune.
Automatic transmission and air-conditioning were introduced in 1964, the 396 engine in 1965 and the 427 in 1966. Externally few styling changes were made.
There were many variations of both small and big block engines over the years.
